Brainstorm Creative Resources is recruiting on behalf of a national membership society in the healthcare space that is looking to engage an experienced website content management contractor in a full-time, on-site, temporary assignment for three to four months. This is a technology-focused position that will directly support the organization’s Meetings and Education department.

There is a possibility this temporary role could turn into a full-time, staff position. The professional selected will be picking-up responsibilities that were formerly the domain of a full-time employee. The hiring organization is planning to re-hire for the full-time position. Some responsibilities will surely overlap the temporary role. However, it is unclear at this time, to what extent the revised full-time position will call for the same skills and experience we are currently seeking in a temporary employee.

The person in this role will be responsible for maintaining and working with others to improve the organization’s Meetings and Education Department’s Web pages and the organization’s annual conference website. S/he will also help to coordinate the integration of CRMs, and will work with internal and external IT support to support members. Please find a detailed rundown of responsibilities and guidance regarding skills and experience expectations at our application portal.

We are only interested in receiving applications and inquiries from individuals who can work:
(1) 35 – 40 hours/week,
(2) on-site five days/week;
(3) in Arlington, VA;
(3) at a workplace that is highly accessible via Metrorail and Metrobus;
(4) starting as soon as possible in December 2019 or January 2020;
(5) and continuing for three to four months.

Based on conversations we have had with our client, Brainstorm Creative Resources has determined a pay rate range of $40/hour to $65/hour for an expected 40 hours of work per week. It’s worth noting that the annualized equivalent salaries that correspond to this pay rate range are $80K to $130K. Please find additional information at the Brainstorm Creative Resources application portal regarding our approach to determining pay rates.
